get a pushed Van RC or something like that for a shock. The cranks will hold up for a while, id look at getting some new forks. Look at boxxer races.. got a mate selling some also.

Got a Cannondale Gemini and WTP Trust, I did track down some SC Dorados and put them on a Patriot but now theyve been returned to the garage untill i service them.
